Brawn of the Neophytes

During the early 1990s, a top secret (and completely off the books, so to speak) project was launched with the hopes of transforming young and powerful metahumans into unthinkable weapons for the United States government. Referred to as only the Neophyte Dissolution Project (Neophyte: an individual who is new to a subject, skill, or belief.) (Dissolution: termination or destruction by breaking down, disrupting, or dispersing), it was designed to maximize the potential of a metahuman's power set, while also breaking apart that individual's personality, will power, etc. While the program was an initial success, having acquired seven test subjects from all over the U.S., their end result was met with failure. Certain members within the test group failed to fully accept the programming designed to rewire their free will, and as such, caused dissent within the remaining members of the project. They attempted to flee their would be captors, but were unsuccessful due to the overwhelming military might mounted against them. It was then decided that the test group would be put in stasis until such time that it was determined they would again be a viable commodity for the U.S. military. A decade later, plans began that would result in the eventual formation of an organization designed and built to look and function like that of a school for youths with vast academic and technological potential. For it was the notion that starting a program with metahumans at a much earlier age would have the highest chance for a success rate. This would later take on the name of the Greenwood Reformatory School, and the students that managed to break free of the facility also unknowingly caused a series of events that led to the escape of the original test group. These seven individuals, now on the run from an unknown branch of the U.S. government, have taken to calling themselves the Neophytes, in recognition of their former captivity.
It was discovered by one of their own, that the numerical sequences that they were signified by individually, were actually binary code for their governmental designations. Hence, the binary code labelled on Brawn's stasis pod was: 01000010 01110010 01100001 01110111 01101110.

Codename: Brawn.
Age: Unknown.
Sex: Male.
Height: 7 feet (base height) - 10 feet (maximum height).
Weight: 525 lbs. (base weight_ -  2 tons (maximum weight).
Hair: Bald.
Eyes: Solid white.
Metahuman Abilities: Brawn is capable of lifting approximately 75 tons at his base height and weight. Brawn is able to consume inorganic matter, and convert such materials into both an increased mass and strength level. Brawn's jaw and teeth are made of a seemingly unknown indestructible material, that allows him to break down and chew any inorganic material he places within his mouth. Once the material is consumed, his mass and strength both increase as he does so. His upper limits seem to allow him to reach a height of ten feet, and increase his strength to achieve lifting/pressing over 100 tons for a limited period of time. Once the converted energy has been used up, his body begins to revert back to his original height and strength level. Brawn's skin is extremely durable, allowing him to withstand both great force exerted against him, and great amounts of weight that he lifts above that of his head. He is not however invulnerable at his base level, and can therefore be physically hurt to some degree. While Brawn is experiencing his maximum levels of power, his skin cannot be physically harmed during this short period of time. 
Note: It is unknown as to why, but due to the poor upkeep of his individual stasis pod, Brawn can no longer remember who he is. As such, many details about his past are in a sort of fog for him, and his vocabulary has become much more limited as well.
